They are seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney. Must have ample personal injury and/or product liability litigation experience. The Senior Associate Attorney’s responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation including taking expert depositions, court appearances, jury trials, drafting and arguing motions, case management, and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. S/he will be working in a fast-paced, litigation-intensive practice and will be required to travel. The candidate must be organized and willing to work on multiple cases of varying complexity along with the passion and desire to try cases to verdict.

This attorney will have a 2-person team of dedicated support staff - a paralegal and scheduling secretary.
