The ideal candidate will have at least four years of health law and regulatory experience. Experience counseling health care clients on business and transaction matters and federal and state regulatory issues, including privacy and security, fraud and abuse, licensing, and other regulatory issues is preferred. This position can reside in the Blue Bell, PA; Exton, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Princeton, NJ or Warrington, PA office. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
