IP Associate Attorney Boston, MA
A staff scientist, patent agent, or 1st to 3rd-year associate with a strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, chemical engineering, and/or physics. Advanced degree required (Ph.D. preferred; will consider a Master’s degree with substantial industry experience). Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications preferred. Some litigation and/or post-grant experience useful. Registration with the USPTO preferred; prior firm experience useful. Candidates must have: an excellent academic record, superior organizational and communication skills (written and oral), a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service, and a creative and entrepreneurial perspective on IP.
