A very prestigious international law firm is hiring a Finance Attorney. Must have at least four years of large firm transactional experience to play an important role on its borrower-side finance team, working closely with their nationally-recognized Private Equity group to represent private equity fund sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisition financings, recapitalizations, restructurings, and other interactions with lenders.
