The ideal candidate will have two to five years of general corporate experience. Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions, LLCs, and partnerships preferred. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. This position would be able to reside in any of their US offices or work remotely, but the candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of California. Large law firm experience preferred.
